Meet the people who bring strategy, design and technology together.

At DeMenso, you work directly with Matte and Adrian. Matte leads strategy, communication, design and accessibility work; Adrian handles architecture, code and integrations. We bring these skills together in brand identity, label and packaging design, content and digital projects. The scope may cover design, implementation or ongoing support — we define it around your goal.

Matte and Adrian, founders of DeMenso

A letter from the founders

There are two of us, and we won’t hide it. When you write to DeMenso, the people who answer are the people who will do the work.

Before we start, we think calmly and ask questions. We listen first. You don’t need every answer or a finished specification.

We won’t promise that anything will be “the best”. We promise what we can deliver and show how we got there. If we don’t know something, we say so and find out.

With us, a smaller budget means a smaller scope, never pretend quality. After working with us it should be clear what was done, why, and what you can check yourself.

We do this together, because as a duo we achieve more than either of us alone. And we want to sleep well at night, with a clear conscience.

DeMenso

How we work

We start with your goal, your audience and what our work needs to change. Then we define the scope together: strategy, communication, brand identity, print materials or a digital solution. From the first conversation to delivery, you work with the people doing the work. In digital projects, we consider accessibility from the planning stage and tailor the checks and improvements to the project.

We use AI where it helps us analyse and create more efficiently. People decide the direction, review the work and stand behind the result.

DeMenso

Skills we put to work

We use what we learn in accessibility, AI, information security and software development training alongside our experience in strategy, communication and design. See it in practice, from brand identity and packaging to online stores and digital solutions.
