Accessibility statement
DeMenso Sverige Handelsbolag works to make our website usable by everyone, including people using keyboards, screen readers and other assistive technologies.
Accessibility status
The DeMenso Sverige website meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA within the scope of this review.
No unmet WCAG 2.2 Level A or AA criteria were identified within the scope of the review.
Using the website
The website supports keyboard navigation, skipping the header and navigation, enlarging text and changing reading preferences. Forms provide labels and text error messages.
You can turn off animations and motion effects with the “Turn off animations” button on the home page, in the Reading settings panel (Animations: Less) or with your system’s reduced-motion setting. On larger screens a floating navigation is also available while you scroll.
Preparation of this statement
Date of assessment: 6 October 2026. Last updated: 8 October 2026. The review was carried out by DeMenso Sverige Handelsbolag.
On 7–8 October 2026 the website was also checked with the automated tools axe-core, WAVE and AInspector. axe-core reported no issues on the 15 pages checked in Swedish, English and Polish. The errors reported by WAVE and AInspector have been fixed, except the contrast values that occur during animations (see Automated testing tools) and AInspector’s recommendation that the main heading should be part of the page title, which is not a WCAG requirement.
The screen reader tests also covered the elements added in the update of 6 October 2026.
This statement is based on a review conducted by DeMenso Sverige. The report and completed checklist provide the detailed scope, methods and results.
Automated testing tools
The website uses animations: text fades in when a page opens and when you scroll to it. Automated testing tools such as WAVE and AInspector may evaluate a page before an animation has finished. They then report very low contrast (1:1) for text that has not faded in yet. This is caused by the moment of measurement, not by the colours: once the text is visible, it meets the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast requirements according to our checks.
If you want to check the website with such a tool, first turn off animations (the “Turn off animations” button, the Reading settings panel or your system’s reduced-motion setting), or wait until the page has finished loading and scroll through it. All text is then shown immediately and the tool measures the colours you actually see.
