Work

From a new brand idea to printed Cat&Drops packaging.

Medicorette needed an identity and labels for a new cat-food line. Matte had previously worked on labels for the company's Dogs&Drops line. For this assignment, he personally developed a coherent design that went into print and onto products.

The task: make a new line recognisable

A new line needs to work alongside established brands while keeping a consistent look across products. The work began with understanding the direction the client wanted and translating it into formats that could be produced.

What did Matte create?

A logo and basic guidance.

An identity with a foundation for continued use.

A label and packaging system.

Around 20 designs adapted to the products in the range and prepared for print.

Files that became physical products.

All the designs went into print and sale. The products have been on the market since 2024. Photos of the finished packaging show the outcome rather than a digital mock-up alone.

More work for the same client

Medicorette returned after Matte's earlier Dogs&Drops label work. The Cat&Drops identity was the next assignment, followed later by a WooCommerce store for the same client.

The design work took about a month from start to implementation. The result is visible on printed packaging. Timelines for new assignments are agreed according to their scope.
