Delivery support for your agency, with clear responsibilities

Do you have a client project that needs development, design or both? DeMenso is open to working with agencies and freelancers, including as a subcontractor. Tell us what the assignment involves, what your team already handles and which part you want us to take on. We agree roles, contact and deliverables for each engagement.

Collaboration / handoff

When does a partnership make sense?

You may need a website built, a WooCommerce store with custom functions, a designed interface or accessibility considered from the beginning. Our small team brings strategy, design and code together. We contribute the skills needed for the part of the assignment you want us to deliver.

Define the relationship before delivery starts

Collaboration / handoff

At the outset, we agree who manages the client relationship, approves content and design, and handles testing and acceptance. If we deliver under your agency's name, we agree how the work is presented, how confidentiality works and who speaks with the end client.

On PC Poznań, we worked with B2B Care: the partner managed the client and project, Matte handled design and UX, and Adrian built the technical solution and integrations.

Questions from agencies and freelancers

Can DeMenso work as a subcontractor?

Yes. Describe the part of the work you want to hand over, and we can discuss responsibilities and an appropriate arrangement.

Who talks to the end client?

We decide that for each engagement. Tell us how your agency prefers to manage client communication and we will include it in the working agreement.

Do we need a finished technical specification?

No. Tell us about the task, the material already available and the decision you need to make next. We can help define the technical part.

How do we get a proposal?

We begin with a free exchange by email, clarify scope and responsibilities, then prepare an estimate and proposal.

Tell us your timing if it matters. We reply to enquiries within 48 hours.
