We check that your content works for everyone.

We are consultants in digital accessibility and inclusion. We review websites, apps, documents, presentations, graphics, audio, video and transcripts – and show what stops people and what leaves them out. You get a checklist, prioritised recommendations and help with the fixes. We do not issue certificates.

The initial discussion by email is free.

Who is it for, and why?

Companies selling to consumers.

The European Accessibility Act has applied since 28 June 2025 and covers e-commerce, among other things. We show where your shop or service has barriers and what to fix first.

Suppliers to the public sector.

Swedish agencies, municipalities and regions are covered by the DOS Act and set requirements for what they buy. We check your material before you hand it over.

Organisations that want to reach everyone.

Accessibility means people can use the content. Inclusion means they feel addressed and represented. We look at both.

Agencies and teams before launch.

A second pair of eyes before anything is published – faster and cheaper than fixing it afterwards.

What we review

Websites and apps.

Structure, keyboard use, contrast, forms, error messages, screen readers and mobile. Our reference is WCAG 2.2 level AA.

Documents and presentations.

PDF, Word and PowerPoint: headings, reading order, alternative text, tables, links and contrast.

Graphics and campaign material.

Contrast, legibility, text in images and alternative text in social media, ads and print material that is also published online.

Audio, video and transcripts.

Captions, transcripts and whether the material needs audio description. We check existing captions or produce new ones.

Inclusive communication.

Language, tone of address, images and representation – and forms that ask about gender, names or family. So that more people feel welcome.

Fixes and follow-up.

We can fix what we find in design, content and code, and then check the changes.

How it works

  1. 1. You choose an offer or describe the situation.

Send a link, the files or a few lines about what you want checked.

  2. 2. We confirm the scope and price.

Before work starts, you know what is included, when it will be ready and what it costs.

  3. 3. We review and document.

Automated tools find some of the issues. The rest needs manual checks, a keyboard and a screen reader.

  4. 4. We go through the results.

You get the checklist and the recommendations in order of priority. If you like, we also make the fixes.

What we do not do

We are consultants. We are not a certification body or a supervisory authority: we do not issue certificates or legal statements that something complies with the law. You get a thorough review, a checklist and concrete recommendations – a solid basis for fixes and for your own accessibility statement.

What does our work demonstrate?

Our own website is our first example. We publish an accessibility report, a completed WCAG checklist and an accessibility statement, and in the reading settings you can change text size, contrast and motion.

On NajlepszeLowisko, we improved colour contrast and heading structure and removed barriers to keyboard navigation.

Frequently asked questions

Will we get a certificate?

No. We are consultants and do not issue certificates. You get a checklist and recommendations that show what works and what needs fixing.

Is a review enough for the European Accessibility Act?

A review shows where the barriers are, but the requirements apply to the whole service and continue after launch. Whether the Act applies to your company depends on the service and the size of the company – microenterprises providing services are exempt. We do not give legal advice.

What is the difference between accessibility and inclusion?

Accessibility means everyone can perceive, understand and use the content, including with assistive technology. Inclusion means more people feel addressed and represented – through language, images and choices in forms.

Do you review anything other than websites?

Yes: documents, presentations, graphics, campaigns, audio, video and transcripts.

Can you fix what you find?

Yes. We build and maintain websites, so we can make the fixes in design, content and code. You can also hand the report to your own team.

Why are prices given as ranges?

The price depends on how much material there is and how complex it is. We confirm the price before we start, and it may be lower than the range.
