Services

A website that gets the care it needs.

We look after websites and shops that are already live: updates, backups, monitoring, troubleshooting and small changes. You can start with a health check, buy help by the hour or sign a maintenance plan – so you do not find the problems only when your customers do.

We reply to enquiries within 48 hours and suggest the next step.

01 / Services

Who is it for, and what does it solve?

Something has stopped working.

The site is down, the form sends nothing or the checkout misbehaves. We troubleshoot and suggest what to do first.

Nobody is responsible for updates.

Old versions of WordPress and plugins are the most common way in for attackers. A plan gives regular updates and checks.

You have no backups.

Without working backups an error can cost weeks of work. We set up backups and a recovery plan.

Small changes never get done.

A new text, an image or a form tweak – with hours in the plan, it gets done.

02 / Services

What you get

Updates.

WordPress, plugins and the technical environment are updated and checked after changes.

Backups.

Frequency, storage and recovery are described in the plan.

Monitoring.

We see when the site goes down and act as agreed.

Troubleshooting.

We find the cause and suggest a solution before bigger work is done.

Small changes.

Adjustments on request within the hours included.

A clear boundary.

We separate what fits in maintenance from what needs its own quote.

Frequently asked questions

What should I send when reporting a fault?

The address of the page, a short description of the fault, when it started and, if possible, a screenshot without sensitive information. Do not send passwords in the form.

Do I need an ongoing plan?

No. You can buy a health check or help by the hour. If the need keeps coming back, we can discuss maintenance.

Do you look after websites built by someone else?

Yes. We start with a health check to see how the environment is set up.

Is hosting included?

No, unless we agree otherwise. We can help you choose or move hosting.
