Web projects in Skaraborg, close to our base in Skara

DeMenso works from Skara. If your organisation is in Skaraborg, you can begin without a long chain of handovers: tell us what you need, and we can work out whether a workshop or other on-site task would help. Your location affects how we meet; the work itself determines the solution.

From the first email to a useful way of working

We begin with what your website or digital service needs to help people do. If you already have a site, show us what works and what causes difficulty. If it is a new project, tell us who will use it and who will maintain its content. Then we can suggest a scope for design, development, content or accessibility. The initial exchange about needs by email is free.

Much of the planning and delivery can happen remotely. When a working session or photography would help, we plan an in-person meeting around the project.

No in-house web team? Begin with the decisions you can make

You need to explain your organisation and goal; you do not have to choose a technology in the first message. We can work through the decisions in order: what visitors need to find or do, which content and features support that task, and what you want to update yourselves later. Someone in your organisation will need to review its content, but they do not need to arrive with a technical specification.

If an existing WordPress or WooCommerce site needs work, we can start with the problem in the current flow instead of planning a new site by default.

Questions from a Skaraborg organisation

Do we have to decide about a site visit before the first email?

No. Describe the project and say if you think a meeting may help. We can decide together when the work is clearer.

Can we start without a finished requirements document?

Yes. Explain the problem, who will use the result and what you already have. The first email exchange can help define the next questions.

Where is DeMenso based, and what language do we use?
